Job Summary

Lead and coordinate risk management across APAC for Mobility and Home & Digital, implementing the Allianz Partners Global risk framework with local regulations. Serve as the single point of contact for risk topics in APAC, monitor and improve risk management activities, promote a strong risk culture, and drive cross-functional initiatives with autonomy and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee, coordinate and lead Risk management topics, including topics across global locations as required.
•Act as Single Point of Contact for Risk topics across the Asia Pacific region, monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of risk management activities.
•Develop and maintain a good understanding of the Allianz Partners business and liaise closely with management. Promote a positive Risk Culture within the business.
•Assist in interpreting Group Risk standards and tailoring them for business unit implementation.
•Facilitate the Risk management process and provision of Risk Program management, monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of risk management activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent combination of work and education experience.
•Risk Management or internal control accreditation or Accounting or Auditing qualification.
•8+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated Risk Management Skills.
•Fluency in English is required.
•Demonstrated ability to lead independently and drive risk culture across the business and engage with senior leaders.
