Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and ensuring high-quality teller services.
  • •Coach other tellers while assuming responsibility for efficient, accurate teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and listen for financial wellness opportunities; transition clients to a banker appropriately.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling, coaching, and overseeing branch operational standards and compliance.
  • •Balance cash drawers within guidelines and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks (required).
