Regional CRM & Ops Executive - Fixed Term Contract

Own the day-to-day execution of regional CRM campaigns, coordinating the CRM calendar and delivering customer communications across email, push, and in-app messaging. Build, QA, and deploy promotion set-ups, then improve CRM workflows and operational efficiency. Lead CRM tests and experiments, monitor performance and customer behavior, and partner cross-functionally to optimize engagement, retention, and long-term growth across multiple markets.
