Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • •Design and implement scalable backend solutions using modern frameworks including C#/.NET, Python, and cloud-native architectures on AWS.
  • •Design and build scalable data pipelines using dbt, enabling reliable, governed, and analytics-ready datasets across the platform.
  • •Partner with architects and product leaders to define technical vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for the BXPW technology platform.
  • •Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with at least 3 years in technical leadership roles.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and C#, with experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js for full-stack development.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native architectures and services on AWS, including Lambda, ECS, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and S3, with experience in serverless computing and container orchestration.
  • •Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices patterns, data pipelines, relational databases (SQL Server), and NoSQL data stores.
  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
