Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
•Design and implement scalable backend solutions using modern frameworks including C#/.NET, Python, and cloud-native architectures on AWS.
•Design and build scalable data pipelines using dbt, enabling reliable, governed, and analytics-ready datasets across the platform.
•Partner with architects and product leaders to define technical vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for the BXPW technology platform.
•Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines across the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with at least 3 years in technical leadership roles.
•Strong proficiency in Python and C#, with experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js for full-stack development.
•Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native architectures and services on AWS, including Lambda, ECS, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and S3, with experience in serverless computing and container orchestration.
•Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices patterns, data pipelines, relational databases (SQL Server), and NoSQL data stores.
•Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
