Job Summary

Join the Networking Switch Chip Design group to help build the next generation switch silicon. Work with a cross-functional design & verification team on end-to-end full-chip development: translating architecture and performance targets into structured test plans, creating and maintaining DV collaterals, suites, and regressions, and debugging failures. Partner closely with IP teams to drive coverage sign-off and ensure test suite readiness for emulation and silicon platform checkout.

Key Responsibilities

•Work in a cross-functional design & verification team on end-to-end switch full-chip development.
•Understand switch architecture and translate performance targets into structured performance test plans.
•Develop and maintain DV collaterals, and create full-chip test collaterals/suites.
•Maintain regressions, debug verification failures, and drive coverage sign-off with IP teams.
•Maintain test suites to support emulation and/or silicon platform checkout.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with strong academic results, or equivalent experience.
•3+ years of hands-on experience in ASIC design verification (DV).
•Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication in spoken and written English.
•Proactive, self-driven, with strong ownership and proven problem-solving capabilities.
•Nice-to-have: experience with full-chip verification environments for complex large-scale chips.
