Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with counter and phone customers to identify needs, respond to inquiries, and provide timely solutions for HVAC Parts & Supply needs.
  • •Maintain current knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to recommend related products or add-ons to customers.
  • •Execute quote and order management processes accurately, including entering quotes/invoices and following through on fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Support warehouse/inventory management tasks as needed, including cycle counts, back orders, PO receipts, transfers, shipping/receiving, stocking, inventory control, and bin location.
  • •Occasionally operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Salary: USD 50,900 - 77,595 annually

Key Requirements

  • •GED or High School Diploma required.
  • •Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, retail, or related experience; HVAC sales/knowledge and mechanical aptitude are beneficial.
  • •Proven experience building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service, even in challenging situations.
