Lead the Asset Servicing team within Markets and Securities Services Operations, overseeing processing of voluntary and mandatory corporate actions (including income processing) and related data validation across UK, Europe, and MENA jurisdictions. Drive high-quality service, minimize operational risks, optimize costs, improve processes, review internal audit measures, and manage performance and fund/client sign-offs to valuation teams. Provide regional guidance, standardize processes, liaise with business partners, and support peak periods and shift work while ensuring compliance.
