  • •Serve as Scrum Master and establish Agile processes, leading scrum events to drive execution.
  • •Demonstrate leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams and remove impediments to improve velocity.
  • •Manage staffing and coordinate between the program Systems Engineering team and the Systems Engineering discipline organization.
  • •Drive systems engineering rigor across requirements, architecture, interfaces, integration, and verification, including configuration management and interface control processes.
  • •Provide feedback reviews, mentorship, and manage team members’ career development and technical competency growth.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in system engineering, test engineering, or integration engineering; or a STEM degree plus 7+ years with an advanced degree.
  • •Experience managing staffing and personnel growth/development for engineering teams.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead a scrum team and drive results using metrics.
  • •Experience establishing and leading modern Agile execution.
  • •Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required prior to start date.
