Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide flight operations support, field maintenance, and customer field support and training for military aviation projects.
  • •Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments and drive resolution.
  • •Act as SME for events, advising customers on operational employment and best practices.
  • •Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams and keep stakeholders informed.
  • •Develop and implement operational and logistical plans for various events and maintain hardware/software support plans.

Key Requirements
