Define and execute the association’s AIOps strategy for IT operations, intelligent automation, operational analytics, and autonomous operations. Lead transformation toward predictive, data-driven, and autonomous service management by building automation and observability capabilities at scale. Partner with SRE, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, data & analytics, and information security leaders to improve service reliability, accelerate issue resolution, reduce operational risk, and advance executive-level AI governance.
