Job Summary

HRBP role in Japan supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management within UiPath’s global framework. You’ll collaborate with leaders, oversee talent reviews and succession planning, manage promotions and transfers, lead strategic HR projects, and ensure compliance with Japanese labor law while partnering with Legal, Total Rewards, Payroll, and external vendors to optimize the Employee lifecycle and experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with and advise leaders regarding organization design, structure, and workforce planning that supports the operational and strategic objectives of the business.
•Execute the performance management initiatives, including coaching on goal setting, driving performance review cycles, and managing PIPs, within the globally designed framework to ensure consistency.
•Drive a high performing organization through facilitation of talent reviews, identifying critical roles in the organization and succession planning aligned with the Talent Development Strategy.
•Oversee job changes (promotions, transfers in other teams or geography, merit increases).
•Participate in and lead strategic HR projects, utilizing the ability to plan, organize and implement.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in HR function.
•Fluent Japanese and business-level English.
