Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify high-value Codex opportunities with engineering leaders and translate them into architectures, implementation plans, evaluation strategies, and success criteria.
  • •Design, build, and deploy AI-powered software development workflows that improve planning, writing, testing, review, debugging, and delivery.
  • •Work hands-on in code to develop prototypes, evaluation harnesses, reference implementations, integrations, workflow automations, and production accelerators (often using Codex).
  • •Help customers move from experiments to reliable production workflows with sustained developer adoption and scaled impact across engineering orgs.
  • •Design evaluation approaches for AI coding systems using representative tasks, automated graders, production signals, and developer feedback; diagnose issues and drive blockers to resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated track record delivering software or AI systems in enterprise environments, taking work from prototype to production.
  • •Substantial personal contributions in code, architecture, evaluation, debugging, integrations, or production engineering.
  • •Highly proficient in Python; experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or another relevant language is valuable.
  • •Active user of AI coding tools with a strong point of view on improving developer productivity and software engineering workflows.
  • •Comfort designing systematic evaluations for AI coding systems and meeting enterprise production requirements (reliability, observability, security/privacy, performance, cost).
