Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical POC for large-scale implementation projects, overseeing installation, configuration, and deployment activities.
  • •Develop and execute implementation plans with the Project Manager and provide regular status updates, risks, and recommendations.
  • •Take ownership of end-to-end customer-facing delivery (software, testing, and go-live) and represent implementation status in governance forums.
  • •Coordinate onsite activities with customer teams and subcontractors, including hardware installation and connectivity setup.
  • •Lead technical implementation and rollout of airport IT solutions, including infrastructure setup, requirements gathering, interface management, testing phases, and commissioning/validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of Airport Management Systems (AMS) or Passenger Processing Systems (PPS).
  • •Understanding of network concepts (e.g., GWAN, LAN, DHCP) or willingness to learn.
  • •Familiarity with software development principles, Windows OS, and client/server architecture (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of version control systems and hardware/electrical components.
  • •Relevant degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related stream (or equivalent practical experience).
