•Conduct extensive market research and customer discovery to understand value proposition.
•Collaborate with developers, designers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
•Ensure features are delivered on time and meet quality standards with robust testing and feedback loops.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
•Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
•Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Bias toward action and ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver
•Proven ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
