Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day operations for a building materials distribution business, focusing on planning, scheduling, delivery execution, inventory accuracy, business metrics, and safety. Key Responsibilities

•Navigate operational demands while communicating internally and servicing customer orders.
•Maintain inventory levels, oversee monthly cycle counting and closeout procedures, and manage damaged inventory.
•Oversee delivery operations and ensure delivery personnel follow OSHA and company policies.
•Coordinate daily activities of team members and drive productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and job knowledge.
•Collaborate across departments to improve processes, maintain service requirements, and prepare/track lien releases.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, lead/execute/delegate as needed, and communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
