Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of solutions to system issues supporting plant operations and maintenance during outage and non-outage periods.
  • •Maintain plant configuration control by advocating for the site’s Design Bases.
  • •Provide technical expertise for electrical plant equipment issue problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • •Prepare and document approved plant improvement design modifications, including calculations, specifications, technical reports, and presentations.
  • •Coordinate investigations, corrective actions, vendor technical support, owner acceptance reviews, and support regulatory interface activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • •Experience with electrical and/or I&C systems design at a nuclear facility is preferred.
  • •Prior professional-level engineering and plant design engineering experience (electrical, mechanical, and I&C components) is preferred.
  • •Ability to work independently in leadership and mentoring roles with little supervisory involvement is preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills are required.
