Job Summary

Design, build, and commission automated manufacturing systems to improve throughput, quality, and operator safety. Partner with product design/manufacturing teams to define the right automation level, own automation cell integration (robots/cobots, conveyance, electromechanical systems, automated inspection), and coordinate production line layouts with IE and Facilities. Create 2D/3D CAD for automation lines, enforce internal processes and safety buyoffs, and troubleshoot equipment to reduce downtime and drive continuous improvement.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
•6+ years of experience designing and commissioning automated production equipment.
•Proficient CAD modeling in NX, Solidworks, or AutoCAD.
•Proficient robot/cobot selection and integration, including path planning, EOAT design, dresspacks, and safety.
•Experience integrating control components such as PLCs, HMIs, pushbuttons, stack lights, and safety scanners, plus experience with major conveyance systems.
