Job Summary

As an Assembly/Test team member, you perform routine electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical sub-assembly and repetitive assembly operations under close supervision. Read and follow instructions, blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, and shop practices to assemble/install components using small hand tools. Coordinate with Manufacturing and Quality to meet production targets, maintain compliance to SOPs and traceability records, and support continuous improvement and EH&S practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly.
•Assemble and/or install electrical and/or mechanical components following specified operations and sequence.
•Use small hand tools (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers) to support assembly activities.
•Coordinate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to meet production targets and ensure products meet systems/procedures and customer requirements.
•Ensure compliance to process specifications and SOP parameters, maintaining accurate traceability records while supporting EH&S and continuous improvement/lean manufacturing initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•1 - 3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage.
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
•Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
•Preferably experience with manufacturing tools/techniques such as CI, Kaizen, 5S.
