Job Summary

Support a greenfield program for a large federal civilian agency by working with the Project Manager to build and maintain SAFe-aligned project management artifacts. Deliver briefings to Government stakeholders, track deliverables, risks, schedules, and blockers across cross-functional teams, and coordinate PI Planning and program cadence. This is a client-facing role requiring SAFe implementation experience and strong written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Work alongside the Project Manager to build and maintain program project management and SAFe work products, including status reports, plans, trackers, and delivery metrics.
•Prepare and deliver briefings to Government clients.
•Track deliverables, action items, risks, and schedule across a cross-functional program.
•Coordinate across teams and organizations to keep information moving and blockers visible.
•Support PI Planning and program cadence alongside Agile practitioners on the team.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

•6+ years of project or program management experience.
•SAFe implementation experience and working knowledge of the framework.
•Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
•Experience overseeing architecture and engineering work.
•Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to brief Government clients and stakeholders.
