Key Requirements

  • •Must have 3 months work history listed on the application with the past 24 months.
  • •Current Arkansas Driver’s License and must pass Tyson Yard/Lot Driver Assessment.
  • •Must be able to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing stairs/ladders up to 30 feet and working in extreme hot/cold/inclement weather.
  • •Must have the ability to use basic hand tools and perform basic mechanical and maintenance functions.
  • •Must be 18 years of age and be willing to work A, B, C or D shift.
  • •All job offers are based on providing proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and passing a post-offer health assessment (including urinalysis screening).
