Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision. Implement individualized treatment plans, collect and record session data, and support skill development and behavior-reduction goals. Work in a structured, encouraging environment to build essential life, communication, and social skills, while maintaining a positive rapport with clients and families. Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to ABA and special education.
