Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages and monitor performance against those estimates.
  • •Analyze current processes and use established improvement methodologies to identify and implement improvements that maximize efficiency of equipment and personnel.
  • •Analyze changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events and assess impacts to cost, schedule, resources, and delivery.
  • •Develop, implement, maintain, and status complex integrated shop operating plans to maximize efficiency and reduce inventory while meeting cost and schedule commitments.
  • •Gather and analyze shop performance metrics to support recommended plans of action for Production Management.
