Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and execute a production schedule to meet customer ship date requirements.
  • •Prioritize molds, machines, and work orders; enter, release, prioritize, re-sequence, and adjust work orders to protect schedule integrity.
  • •Run order processing for scheduled work orders and update/publish production schedules daily; modify schedules for customer priorities and capacity constraints.
  • •Review MRP messages, manage work orders, maintain safety stock levels, and prepare run-out plans to minimize obsolete inventory.
  • •Coordinate planned downtime (holidays, shutdowns, maintenance) and collaborate across Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality, and Shipping to resolve order issues and support performance improvement initiatives.
