Key Responsibilities

•Hands-on coding to build integrations, APIs, and data models connecting Couchbase with customer ecosystems.
•Configure Couchbase Server, Capella (DBaaS), and Mobile products to optimize latency, throughput, and reliability.
•Design and implement advanced data architectures, including Vector Search and RAG patterns for AI apps.
•Embed with customer development teams, participate in sprints and code reviews to ensure best practices.
•Troubleshoot complex distributed systems issues, performance bottlenecks, and deployment hurdles.
