Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall performance of the manufacturing site, including safety, quality, efficiency, preventive maintenance, and bottom-line results.
  • •Ensure the business meets expected financial goals through management of controllable expenses.
  • •Drive a continuous improvement site culture and leverage best practices across sites.
  • •Maintain manufacturing within BOM cost and quality commitments and ensure yard organization, product rotation, and inventory management.
  • •Recruit, develop, mentor, and direct site staff while implementing internal control guidelines and ensuring OPS initiatives are executed.

Key Requirements
