Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • •Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • •Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and providing tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • •Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience, ideally in luxury retail; knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
  • •Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS) and ability to read price/release sheets.
  • •Strong English proficiency and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • •Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos.
  • •Clienteling and data acquisition skills to support tailored recommendations, cross-selling, and upselling.
