Job Summary

Manage commissioning services at customer sites, including installing, configuring, and maintaining Bently Nevada hardware and software as part of the Cordant Solutions package. Perform testing and validation to meet design and operational specifications, handle emergency repairs, troubleshoot equipment, and provide technical guidance on installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance. Prepare technical reports, job updates, material orders, quotations, and time/expense sheets, while maintaining calibrated tools and following project processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage resources and logistics to deliver field services and maintenance activities at customer sites.
•Perform testing and validation to ensure compliance with design objectives and operational specifications.
•Install, configure, and maintain Bently Nevada hardware and software for machine protection and monitoring.
•Respond to emergency repair requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide technical instruction to customers.
•Prepare technical reports, job status updates, material orders, quotations, and time/expense sheets while maintaining calibration of specialized tools.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of instrumentation and/or process control experience (industrial environment preferred), or a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Chemical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Electrical), or equivalent experience.
•Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics or mechanical systems, with knowledge of hardware, PLCs, Modbus, OPC, networking, and serial communication protocols.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
•Ability to travel 65–80% of the time (including weekends as required), with a valid passport and driver’s license.
•Eligibility for a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) or ability to obtain one.
