Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, configure, implement, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions to improve employee services and shared-service operations.
  • •Provide detailed product and technical design input by translating HR, employee experience, security, data privacy, and operational requirements into secure, scalable solutions.
  • •Deliver ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps capabilities, including incident and vulnerability workflows and threat intelligence support.
  • •Build and maintain ServiceNow architecture components such as CMDB/CSDM, integrations, workflows, and reporting, including integrations with SIEM/SOAR, scanners, identity/security tools, and enterprise apps.
  • •Lead technical workshops with solution/technical architects and senior stakeholders, and mentor teams on technically complex implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience delivering enterprise HRSD implementations, including GRC/IRM and/or Security Operations (SecOps).
  • •Deliver multiple end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow implementations for complex shared services and employee services.
  • •Expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Operational Risk) and ServiceNow SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence).
  • •Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, integrations, workflows, reporting, and security architecture, plus advanced ServiceNow development/configuration.
  • •Current ServiceNow certification(s) relevant to HRSD (including CIS Risk & Compliance, CIS Security Incident Response, or CIS Vulnerability Response) and at least 3 CIS certifications.
