Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business requirements into functional designs across Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, Planning, Procurement, Costing).
  • •Configure Oracle Fusion setups and participate in end-to-end flow design: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, and cost-to-report.
  • •Analyze current supply chain and manufacturing processes, identify gaps, and recommend best-practice configurations aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
  • •Lead module configurations, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployments, including quarterly Oracle Cloud update impact analysis, regression testing, and rollout support.
  • •Provide production support by solving functional issues with root-cause analysis, managing service requests with Oracle Support, and developing user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and functional design documentation (FDDs, workbooks, SOPs).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 2 years of related experience.
  • •5–7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or Oracle E-Business Suite SCM.
  • •Configuration experience in manufacturing and supply chain modules, including manufacturing processes (discrete, process, work definitions, routings, resources, costing).
  • •Ability to write functional specifications for REST/SOAP integrations, BIP/OTBI reports, and FBDI templates, including troubleshooting and error handling.
  • •Strong process mapping skills (Visio, Lucidchart) and experience with global supply chain operations, multi-org setups, and master data governance.
