Job Summary

Build and grow Truv’s mortgage partnership motion from scratch by identifying and signing POS/LOS and technology partners, launching integrations, and owning partner relationships end to end. Create joint go-to-market and co-selling programs with Sales, Product, and Marketing to turn partnerships into qualified pipeline and revenue. Partner closely with the VP, Mortgage to execute ecosystem strategy across the origination stack.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, prioritize, and sign POS, LOS, and technology partners to expand Truv’s reach across the mortgage ecosystem.
•Work with Product and Engineering to define and launch integrations that make Truv easy to adopt inside partner platforms.
•Build co-marketing and co-selling programs, joint messaging, enablement, and campaigns to generate qualified pipeline.
•Own partner relationships end to end, from first conversation through launch, enablement, and ongoing growth.
•Partner with Sales to leverage the ecosystem in active deals and unlock partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 175,000 annually

•Experience building joint go-to-market and co-selling motions with technology partners.
•Comfort working closely with Product and Engineering on integration partnerships.
