Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the flow of correspondence and documents intended for senior manager signature or clearance.
  • •Manage schedules and meeting logistics, including preparation for internal and external meetings and presentations.
  • •Monitor compilation, integration, and coordination of tasks; analyze responses for accuracy, policy impact, consistency, and adherence to Office of Foreign Assistance viewpoints.
  • •Coordinate travel arrangements for the Managing Director and team and support administrative onboarding activities with central offices.
  • •Maintain trackers up-to-date and accurate, and draft reports, position papers, and recommendations while integrating inputs into larger study reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, or high school diploma with at least 5 years of professional office experience.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and internet/e-mail applications.
  • •Experience using database applications and presentation software (desirable).
  • •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
  • •Active Secret clearance.
