Manager, HSES & Training (Bay City, TX, US, 77414)

Lead Health, Safety, Environmental, Security, Process Safety, and Training programs across three HDPE chemical manufacturing sites (Matagorda primary, with regular day trips to Chocolate Bayou and Victoria). Establish KPIs, ensure programs align with Operational Excellence Standards and applicable local/state/federal regulations, and develop cost-effective HSES strategies. Investigate and drive follow-up on safety concerns and incidents, manage a team of 14 plus select contractors, and serve as the interface with HSES regulatory agencies.
