Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary point of contact for assigned providers, conducting touchpoints and documenting interactions in CRM/case management tools.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including portal registration, EFT setup, credentialing handoffs, and directory validation.
  • •Intake, triage, escalate, and resolve provider issues; perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and drive corrective actions to closure.
  • •Deliver provider training and communications and tailor content to provider segments; maintain FAQs and reference materials aligned to process changes.
  • •Promote portal and self-service workflows, track KPIs (satisfaction, FCR, onboarding SLAs, case aging, portal adoption), and partner cross-functionally to improve processes.
