  • •Provide strategic labor law counsel on collective bargaining, labor relations, evolving labor law, and employee engagement matters.
  • •Support negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and assist with litigation/arbitration proceedings related to grievances, unfair labor practice charges, and NLRA/organized activity issues.
  • •Advise internal business partners on labor strategy and collective bargaining agreements, highlighting risk and recommending proactive, solution-oriented strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • •Provide legal guidance on labor relations training, education, and communication, advocating inclusive and supportive work-environment strategies.
  • •Partner with internal teams including HR, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and Communications to build long-term strategies to improve labor/employee relations and increase employee engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (or international equivalent) and 6+ years’ experience as a practicing attorney specializing in labor law, including collective bargaining, organizing activity, agency hearings, and labor arbitration.
  • •Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and ability to meet admission requirements in a relevant jurisdiction.
  • •Ability and willingness to travel to Blizzard’s Irvine campus frequently and to other locations as needed.
  • •Extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and interpreting collective bargaining agreements.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to foster inclusive dialogue and align diverse stakeholders.
