Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the planning of the digital-first marketing lifecycle, including strategy, member research, direct response marketing, agency management, creative development, analytics, and optimization.
  • •Provide input to marketing plans and campaigns that deepen relationships with existing members and acquire new-to-USAA members.
  • •Analyze and provide input on marketing budget allocations across products and channels to drive sustainable growth at efficient CPA.
  • •Contribute to improvements in the digital acquisition experience and support adoption of new ways of working, using storytelling to drive understanding and adoption.
  • •Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in alignment with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
