Key Responsibilities

  • •Obtain, evaluate, and analyze supplier quotations for materials, equipment, tooling, fixed assets, and services.
  • •Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements with suppliers (subject to management approval).
  • •Support RFx activities, supplier selection, bid evaluations, and contract execution.
  • •Monitor and support supplier performance (quality, service, cost, innovation, and delivery) and resolve supplier issues.
  • •Maintain procurement documentation for compliance and audit-ready records while driving standardization and automation initiatives within procurement operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
  • •Experience negotiating with global suppliers and managing sourcing events.
  • •Exposure to Capital Procurement, Direct Materials, Indirect Procurement, or Services categories.
  • •Professional procurement certifications (CPSM, CIPS, ISM, or equivalent) are a plus.
