Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates of the IT estate.
  • •Provide technical support to end users across thin clients, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • •Manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and access to internal and external systems.
  • •Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory.
  • •Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on-site, and support meeting rooms and related equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience maintaining the laptop estate via endpoint management software.
  • •Knowledge of networking, including security and IT governance frameworks.
  • •Working experience with IT project delivery.

  • •PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills; strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
