Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, supervise and support a team of Service Technicians and Assistants in a safe, productive work environment.
  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and fault-finding on Epiroc drilling and mining equipment.
  • •Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including major component replacements and repairs.
  • •Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentoring to technicians and apprentices, supporting competency development.
  • •Ensure maintenance is completed safely and to OEM standards; maintain accurate records and drive SHEQ compliance, including incident investigations and Stop Work Authority when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Artisan with a relevant trade certification.
  • •OEM equipment-specific training.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Technician in a mining or heavy equipment environment.
  • •Strong technical expertise on mining equipment, including hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
  • •Experience using computer systems and maintenance management software.
