Own Identity Protection’s strategy for finding, prioritizing, and addressing identity risk across human, service account, and AI agent identities. •Define the strategy for detecting and prioritizing identity risk across every identity type and turning findings into a ranked, actionable view.
•Own the strategy for closing the loop from finding to fix, deciding on automation versus human-in-the-loop, and proving fixes worked.
•Define how identities relate to each other and to the resources they touch, using a model that captures connections across accounts, groups, devices, workloads, and AI agents.
•Drive identity risk as shared context across the security stack, partnering with engineering to provide context for detections, alerts, and access decisions.
•Use AI agents as a core part of the work for research, analysis, spec iteration, and customer synthesis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on background in IAM, identity governance, privileged access, or an adjacent technical domain.
•Deep understanding of identity relationships (account inheritance, entitlement propagation, transitive privilege paths, cross-tenant trust).
•Familiarity with non-human identity (service accounts, workload identity, machine credentials; SPIFFE/SPIRE or equivalent).
•Fluency with core identity protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML) and where implementations create exploitable risk.
•5+ years in product management with experience bringing products from 0 to 1 and scaling after launch.
