Visa Pay CICO Agent Network Lead

Lead the Visa Pay DRC cash-in/cash-out agent network by owning coverage strategy, rollout roadmap, and outlet selection. Manage agent performance through agent economics (productivity, liquidity/float, incentives) and enforce service standards for compliance, availability, and quality. Monitor network KPIs, resolve operational exceptions with banks and risk/compliance teams, and deliver weekly performance and exception reports. Hybrid role with expected in-office days confirmed by your manager.
