Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure an effective and correct payroll process in collaboration with the external payroll partner Intega (formerly Visma).
  • •Drive payroll and bonus processes end-to-end.
  • •Maintain employee data in HR and payroll systems and prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
  • •Advise and support leaders and employees on topics including pay, bonus, parental leave, vacation, personnel policies, and HR processes.
  • •Help coordinate learning activities and lead the implementation of the Danish HR setup in the HR Shared Service Center in Poland, including testing, knowledge transfer, and coordination.

  • •Experience from a similar HR Operations role.
  • •Hands-on experience with payroll processes in collaboration with an external payroll partner.
  • •HR administration experience across the full employee lifecycle.
  • •Strong structure and attention to detail with good prioritization skills.
  • •Familiarity with SuccessFactors and/or experience implementing or working with an HR Shared Service Center is an advantage.
