Key Responsibilities

•Operate a variety of production machines on the Blades Grind Line and perform routine operations, including quality checks and following work instructions.
•Train on 1st/2nd shifts or AWW1 as needed and work overtime when required.
•Follow drawings, operation sheets, and use precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.
•Demonstrate understanding of quality and production, applying broad knowledge of machine shop practices, metal cutting, machining, fabrication, and tooling.
