Job Summary

Own and execute a portfolio of renewal contracts for an assigned territory, using strong SaaS contracting knowledge to minimize attrition and secure favorable renewal terms. Drive account growth by identifying incremental opportunities, maintain a rolling forecast, and communicate renewal risk. Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product Management to deliver renewal and bookings targets while protecting customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory.
•Implement win/win negotiation strategies for high-quantity renewals to enhance contract value.
•Increase account growth by identifying incremental opportunities during contract renewal.
•Maintain and update a rolling forecast and communicate renewal risk to internal resources for resolution strategies.
•Collaborate cross-functionally (Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, Product Management) and follow best practices (Opportunity Management, CRM Hygiene, Quotes and Forecasting) to achieve targets.

Key Requirements

•Eligible to work in Egypt and hold a bachelor’s degree.
•Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
•3+ years of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, ideally in SaaS.
•Strong negotiation skills to drive contracts to completion on time and protect customer trust.
•Experience with quota-carrying roles and strong process management, financial acumen, and renewal-cycle ownership.
