Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose complex, intermittent, and high-impact issues within cloud infrastructure, using specialized tools to analyze production customer issues.
  • •Optimize the entire stack by tuning database queries, application thread pools, and kernel parameters.
  • •Review Java and Angular application code to find memory leaks, race conditions, or inefficient logic, and implement reliability-focused fixes.
  • •Build internal tooling and automated scripts to remove repetitive manual infrastructure interventions.
  • •Participate in the on-call rota responding to major platform outages and support incident management and recovery efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • •2+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Software Engineering roles.
  • •Legal authorization to work in Brazil is required.
  • •Ability to evaluate backend bottlenecks with Java and analyze frontend anomalies with Angular.
  • •Experience with Linux operating systems and diagnosing network stack issues (routing, connectivity, packet transmission).
