Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs for pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, RO/EDI systems, and utilities.
  • •Drive capital-project management: scope, budget, procure, and commission upgrades such as pump-vibration monitoring and PLC/HMI modernization.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis using FMEA/RCA and implement reliability-centered maintenance and Lean/Six-Sigma improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
  • •Ensure regulatory and quality compliance with EPA wastewater regulations, OSHA, ISO 14001/9001, and UP-water quality specifications.
  • •Use CMMS and analytics platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, PI, PowerBI) for condition monitoring and KPI reporting, and provide technical troubleshooting support across both plants.
