Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the analytics data model end-to-end, partnering with analysts and business stakeholders to model key business questions and provide a single source of truth.
  • •Hire, manage, coach, and develop a team of Analytics Engineers to drive high performance and technical excellence.
  • •Act as the primary connector between Analytics and Data Platform Engineering to align on infrastructure, data contracts, and pipeline architecture.
  • •Own and evolve the semantic layer to ensure consistent and accurate metrics across downstream tools and consumers.
  • •Define and enforce engineering standards and processes (coding standards, documentation, CI/CD, code reviews, testing requirements, and data quality monitoring) while leading cross-team data initiatives and strategy.

Salary: USD 210,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field, including at least 2 years of people management experience.
  • •Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, and Snowflake, with strong dimensional modeling and data warehouse design pattern knowledge.
  • •Experience building and leading high-performing data teams, including hiring, mentoring, and setting technical direction.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with modern data stack tooling including dbt, Snowflake, BI tools (e.g., Sigma), Git, and Python.
  • •Ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders by translating requirements into architecture decisions and communicating trade-offs.
