Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver primary healthcare, including health assessments, vaccinations, and low-dependency ward monitoring.
  • •Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including GPs, physios, mental health clinicians, and dental professionals.
  • •Support Defence members through injury recovery, chronic condition management, and preventative care.
  • •Participate in a 24/7 roster with AM, PM, and Night shifts as required.
  • •Travel across various metro and regional bases as part of the bench position.

Key Requirements

  • •Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • •Minimum one year Registered Nurse experience in acute care, primary health care, or a military setting.

  • •Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance).
  • •Ability to work a 24/7 roster and commit to CPD with ethical, patient-centred care.
