Las Vegas Grand Prix 2026 - Event Retail Store Manager

Lead a high-volume event retail store/merchandise tent by modeling exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, high-energy team culture. Supervise and train retail teammates, run shift huddles, manage breaks and timekeeping in line with labor laws, and ensure the store remains clean and visually compelling. Oversee merchandise receiving, planogram-based displays, inventory in/out counts, and shrink reduction while resolving customer issues and supporting safety and recovery standards.
