DT Advisor– AI Ops & Observability

Lead design, build, and operations of an enterprise observability platform using the Elastic stack, applying SRE principles across a large, distributed environment. Oversee onboarding of 20,000+ devices, discovery, and data-quality workflows, manage ingestion/cleansing/enrichment pipelines, and drive scalable standards for logs, metrics, and traces. Lead and coach a small automation team, improve developer velocity, support incident troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver platform updates.
