•Monitor and manage the Enterprise Management Tools Suite across enterprise servers and networks
•Troubleshoot tool issues, adjust thresholds, and deploy patches/releases
•Maintain configuration changes, add/delete nodes/accounts/profiles, monitor events/logs
•Develop knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions for Tools Team
•Ensure PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls and SSL/TLS communications function securely
